Rules
- Check-in from 4.00 pm and check-out by 9.00 am
- Animals are not allowed.
- Organizing parties and events is prohibited.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
- It is strictly forbidden to let people stay overnight who were not notified at the time of booking.
- It is not permitted to recharge cars or other electrical vehicles using the apartment's electrical system.
- Cleaning of the kitchen and dishes is the responsibility of the guests and is not included in the final cleaning costs.
- Do not leave waste in the apartment.
Conditions
- At the time of booking you are required to send a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay while the balance must be paid upon arrival.
- In case of cancellation, to obtain a refund of the deposit paid, guests must cancel within 30 days of check-in.
- The apartments are rented on a weekly basis, but in the low season we also accept reservations for shorter or longer periods.
General informations
- At the time of booking, discount codes will be sent to guests to book ferries at discounted rates.
- Linen - sheets, bath towels and kitchen linen - is not included in the price. It is possible to request rental for a surcharge of €20 per person per stay.
- The kitchens of all apartments are equipped with pots, dishes, moka, electric oven and fridge with freezer.
- The apartments are equipped with hairdryer, cleaning equipment, clothesline, bins and bags for separate waste collection.
- Please report any damage or malfunctions promptly to the owner so that he can intervene immediately.
