PRICES AND BOOKINGS

Reservations can be made directly by contacting the owner. There must be a deposit of 30%. The rest will be paid when you are there. Discounts can be given in case of longer stays or large number of guests.

The stay in high season must be at least 7 days starting from Saturday. In the off season can vary the period of stay.

The apartments can be exited from 4 o'clock pm and you hav eto leave the apartments at 9 o'clock am of the departureday.

The bed linen of the apartments is usually not there, except in special cases, with little additional cost and prior arrangement with the owner.

The owner lives with his family in the complex of Seccheto and is always there for his guests for information, advice or any problems.

No animals will be accepted.

The kitchens in all apartments are equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator-freezer.

In the apartments are no hair dryers, irons and any electrical equipment. If available we can provide such equipment on request. For the cleaning of the apartments is everything there.

The apartments of Seccheto are ideal for children, because there is a playground with swings and slide. The large private areasare for the guests.
